Phoenix, Arizona, gears up for an adrenaline-pumped weekend with Nitrocross on November 10 and 11, 2023. Born from Travis Pastrana’s Nitro Circus, this rebranded spectacle introduces gravity-defying cars and heart-stopping tracks to the racing scene.

Nitrocross has redefined motorsport with its high-flying vehicles and electrifying, custom-designed courses featuring massive jumps and steeply banked turns. This race series stands out with its innovative Group E and the trailblazing electric FC1-X, pushing the limits of speed and power.

In 2022, the Nitrocross series introduced the electric Group E class, dominated by the debut of the FC1-X, an electric rallycross car developed by First Corner, LLC, and QEV Technologies. This car, boasting an impressive 1,070 horsepower, can rocket from 0 to 60 mph in just 1.4 seconds. It represents a significant advancement in rallycross, reminiscent of the influential Group B era but with the latest in electric vehicle technology. The FC1-X is not only the fastest in rallycross history but also features innovative technology such as adaptable aerodynamics and regenerative braking.

Competitors aim for glory as they chase the coveted Ken Block Championship Trophy across various terrains. Each event doubles as a festival, offering spectators thrilling races, live entertainment, and a glimpse into the captivating narratives of the world’s top drivers.

Amidst the revving of engines and the spectacle of speed, the organizers of Nitrocross extend a special invitation to the Tesla Drivers Club. Members have the unique opportunity to showcase a fleet of Teslas and other premium electric vehicles in the paddock area, adjacent to the race’s pulse. Those with performance, modified, or Plaid Teslas, or new-to-market electric marvels, are encouraged to display their vehicles.

While select members exhibit their electrifying rides, all club members are invited to partake in the day’s excitement, especially the Group E electric vehicle rally races. It’s a chance to mingle with fellow EV enthusiasts, witness the future of racing, and enjoy the festival’s vibrant atmosphere.
